He had been responsible for English teaching, teaching method development, academic training, class supervision, books editing about honour curriculum, and comprehensive program management.

He had worked as the head of the English teaching group of Qingdao Weiming School. He was the academic director and vice director of Qingdao Weiming School ISD. He had been responsible for middle school English teaching, middle school English teaching management; and ISD American and Australian high school academic management, student moral education management, Chinese and foreign teacher’s management and other work.
