其实，作为一名老师她们不求回报，但能在教师节这一天听到一句来自学生的“老师节日快乐”或者一张手写的小卡片，就是为人师收到最美的祝福。今天是第35个教师节，青岛为明学校国际部的孩子们也通过自己的方式为老师们送上了创意满满而又温暖贴心的节日祝福。美术课上，孩子们制作了精美的贺卡送给他们所敬爱的校长和老师们。还有同学提前为老师们准备了鲜花和绘画作品，老师们欢喜的拿着礼物，马上将它们装扮到自己的教室和办公室里。来自中国香港的小同胞Abraham和美国的Samara代表国际部的同学们为雷校长和韩校长送上教师节的祝福。“我们相遇在五彩斑斓的时空里，在您的带领下，我们国际部成为了相亲相爱的一家人，感谢您实现了我们的彩虹梦，这份美好将伴我们走出国门”孩子们将手绘的彩虹梦送给赵主任。我们将来一定能学到更专业的知识，看到更美丽的风景，了解更深层的历史，探索更辽阔的宇宙，但不要忘记，是老师启蒙我们去了解灿烂繁星之后的宇宙奥秘，是老师指引我们去发现更加广阔的世界。就是这些平日里默默奉献的普通教师，承担起了培养世界名校人才的重任。外方学术主任Dr.Steven在教师节这个特殊的日子里，与大家分享了他心目中“教师”这个神圣职业的意义：Here is what I think about being a teacher...There cannot be any greater profession or calling in life than being a teacher. It is the teacher that makes the world safe through teaching children the rights and wrongs of life. It is the teacher that makes the world prosper, by taking young minds and filling them with golden knowledge and lifelong learning. It is the teacher that has led the way in technology by giving bright mindes the inspiration and the teacher who opens the oceans of creativitiy that made those who dream up ideas to not only imagine but to make their dreams a reality. Indeed, it is the teacher that has constantly changed the world for the better and who often has done so without even being mentioned or noticed as the reason for the great evolution that takes place every day in the world. That is why there cannot be any greater profession or calling in life than being a teacher because without us, Teachers, the world would lie in ruins and face decay. Thank God for the teacher...for they show the world the very best of what we all can be. Thank God for all of you!是他们通过教会孩子们面对其中的是非对错，让世界和平；是他们把年轻的头脑装满黄金般的知识和终身学习的意识，让世界繁荣；是教师打开创造的海洋，将梦想变为现实，不再止步想象。事实上，正是教师将这世界变得更美好，而他们并不常常被注意到，也很少有人把世界的大变革大进步归功于这些默默奉献的人。
这就是为什么教师是世界上最伟大的职业。没有他们，世界将会退步、衰败…感谢老师！你们向这世界展示最好的自己，感恩有你们！我伴你行经年少时光；你陪我度过平凡四季。我喜欢定格下你们灿烂的笑脸，也是你们让我有了更多的快乐。与其说是老师铸就了学生，不如说老师和学生们是相互塑造，相互成就。未来的日子里，愿每一位老师都能闪闪发光，记住自己的珍贵。
